• Owner and Director of Sports Credentials P/L, managers of the Griffith University Athletics Track from when it was built by the Gold Coast City Council in 1998, until March 2018.
• Athletics Australia Level 4 Sprints, Hurdles & Relays and Level 4 Young Athlete
• Coached Sally Pearson to Gold, Silver and/or Bronze medals World Youth, World Juniors, Commonwealth Games, World Championships, World Indoor Championships, and Olympic Games. 
• Coaching Liz Clay (2016-current) who has been named in the Australian Olympic Team for Tokyo 2020ne in the 100m Hurdles.
• Life Member of the following: Athletics Australia, Queensland Branch of the Australia Track and Field Coaches Association, Cairns Little Athletics, Cairns Athletics, Marlin Coast Athletics, Gold Coast Victory Athletics.
• Endorsed Coach Education Provider for Athletics Australia.  Sharon has been a Coach Educator and Facilitator since 1993, and in that time has facilitated the qualification and accreditation of more than 10,000 coaches across Queensland, and many more throughout Australia and South-East Asia.
