A fun interactive program that is aimed at helping young people become more athletic, by improving their agility, balance, coordination and speed - the ABC's of sport! Our qualified accredited coaches teach kids important skills, which are transferrable to all the sports they play - not just athletics! Delivered at various locations throughout the Gold Coast, kids work in small 'age-appropriate groups' across three programs

Accelerate (8- 10 years old)
Academy (11 - 12 years old)
(12-18 YRS OLD)
SENIOR (17 YRS PLUS)
